YOGA WITH IAIN REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY – CLASSES AND COURSE.
CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE.
Courses – minimum two weeks notice for refund.
When purchasing a pass, or drop-in you do so with the understanding that there are sometimes necessary fluctuations in the schedule, and undersubscribed classes may be discontinued.
POLICY REGARDING AGE
Drop in classes are open to all aged 16 and over. We may require proof of age.
Children under the age of 16 may attend classes if approved by the teacher, ONLY if accompanied by a parent or carer. The parent or carer MUST be present for the actual class. The parent or carer is responsible for ensuring there is no disruption to the class, and may be asked to leave with the child in such cases.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Please ensure you cancel more than 24 hours before the class is due to start. Cancellations less than 24 hours will count as a late cancel. If you late cancel or miss a reservation, the reservation will count as one of your classes.
BEHAVIOUR
Abusive or threatening behaviour, language of a profane or discriminatory nature, or behaviour in contravention of our cultural policy will not be tolerated by Yoga with Iain with our students, staff, teachers or management. Persons exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave the class. In this instance no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to place a ban on future classes for persons guilty of the what we consider to be inappropriate behaviour as outlined above.
USING THE WEBSITE
You may book a class or membership via our online payment system. Please follow the instructions on the website. You may also renew your passes there. All bookings made on the website are subject to our terms and conditions, and by making a booking, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You are only permitted to make bookings for yourself, or others for on whose behalf you are authorised to act.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Your credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL. We use ReserVIE for bookings, and Stripe for processing.
SECURITY
Whilst we take every precaution to protect your personal online security, we cannot guarantee the operation of the site will be secure, confidential, uninterrupted or error-free. In using the website, you will not hold Yoga with Iain responsible for any breach of security, unless such breach has been caused by our negligence. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by emailing us.
